Join the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of AFS

The mission of the American Fisheries Society is to improve the conservation and sustainability of fisheries resources and aquatic ecosystems by advancing fisheries and aquatic science and promoting the development of fisheries professionals.

As a local chapter member, you will have the opportunity to network and learn from scientists at the national, regional, and state levels as well as academia.  Our local chapter hosts an annual meeting when students and professionals have an opportunity to meet and discuss current policies and research developments in a casual atmosphere. The annual membership cost is only $10. Alternatively, if you attend our Fall Annual Meeting, you automatically become a Chapter member for the following year.  If you are interested in joining, please complete the membership form below.
