Before submitting your presentation, please check to make sure that:

(1) Your voice is easily heard when you play the recording
(2) You do not exceed the maximum allotted time for your presentation type (15 minutes for full presentations, 5 minutes for larval presentations)

Please note: if your file exceeds 20 mb, you will not be able to upload it through the portal. Please contact us to determine an alternative method for delivery.
